Avant Garde sits on a quiet uptown corner of Zákynthos, where Plateía Agíou Márkou meets Leofóros Dimokratías.

We serve the evening, not the order.

The list is small on purpose. A handful of cocktails drawn from classics and from the island around us . Walk in early for a seat at the bar; reserve a table for the slower hours after nine.

    A bold blend of Captain Morgan Rum and Sailor Jerry, layered with falernum and homemade fassionola. Exotic, spiced, and vibrant — inspired by the lively elegance of St. Mark’s Square.

    CANTADES

    A gentle Cachaça cocktail with banana, peanut, and milk whey — creamy and softly layered. Inspired by the serenading charm of Zakynthian cantades.

  3. № 03

    MASK-A-RONI

    A refined Negroni with Tanqueray, Campari, and Antica Formula, lifted by notes of peach and strawberry. Bittersweet, elegant, subtly seductive.
